Boxer briefs if he has a nice body. Regular boxers if he doesn't. Plain colors or simple patterns is good... nothing immature. Plain white anything isn't sexy.

it depends on the guy i think, but no tighty whites like hanes, that is just gross... they are gonna wear skimpy ones they better go high end quality like calvin kliens and silky, now that's sexy too!
