First, I would ask what disposition do you feel that you wish to place upon your daughter as her name sake? You must know the meaning of those names.
I find it funny that you say these are all Italian names when in truth only one is an actual derivative form in the Italian language.
Arabella: English Meaning: From the Latin "orabilis", "yielding to prayer"
Frida: Norse Meaning: Beautiful
Dora: From the Greek "Dorita" Meaning: Gift
Ofelia: French Meaning: Serpentine
Sofia: Italian Meaning: Wise/Wisdom
Tullia: Irish Meaning: Peaceful
I hope this gives you a little more insight as to the background of all these possible names for your daughter. My favorite would be Sofia if you wish to stay true to the Italian heritage. But I simply love Arabella and what a thought that would be as an answer to your "prayers". May you have many years of love and happiness.

Arabella and Sofia are both nice ~~ depends on the syllables in the last name...But Arabella is of English or Irish origin. Frida is German, and Dora is Greek.
So if you want Italian I would go with Sofia, Ofelia or Tullia

Sofia is Bulgaria's capital and its largest city. Sofia was founded a large number of years ago and today is really a city that continues to develop as the country's social and economic center and so you can have the opportunity to visit it hotelbye . Sofia preserves many valuable monuments to its extended and storied past. Guests exploring the city's streets could see remnants of The Eastern Gate from the times when Sofia was Serdika and Sredets, dating from the 2nd-4th centuries CE. These stays are exhibited in the underpass joining the Presidential Palace and The Ministerial Council, surrounded by shops offering standard Bulgarian gifts and rosewater. The Saint Sofia Basilica is one of many treasures of Sofia. Is one of the oldest churches in the capital and was the city's key church during the Middle Ages, and beneath the Ottomans it was applied as a mosque.
