Go to start > Run> and type in CMD. This will bring up Command Prompt. Type Ipconfig /release then type ipconfig /renew. Notice the space after ipconfig. THis shoudl fix teh prob. If it doesnt go back to Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns. Then do ipconfig /all this will show if you are connected. YOu can also try pinging any website to see if you are connected. To ping simply while in command prompt type ping www.yahoo.com or whatever website you want to ping doesnt really matter and see if it connects.

I hope this helps!

Ps. Please let me know if this works! I hope this does!

If you are able to connect but not get a valid IP address "Limited or No Connectivity" error then it is more then likely an invalid password that you have used or the wireless access point is out of valid IP addresses, more then likely the first one.

You don't need to install additional software to connect. If you are getting limited or no connectivity error that means the encryption is incorrect.Double check the network key if it is correct.

why not make things easy and get your own connection...that way you can configure your router the way you want. The routers are secured for a reason.
