actually that PC is reaten in japanesse and what i do is i reinstall the OS wich is my own PC OS because his PC don't have a OS. Then his PC now is reaten in english but the problem is the modem and the sound is not working.I alredy install the driver for mother board but still not working what should i do? THANKS!

But seriously go to windows update and update everything. Go device manager also see if there's exclamation point then you have to reinstall the driver again if there is. Just say update driver and point to the source.

Try purchasing an external modem and just plug it in to a USB port on your computer and run the software. If it doesn't work , most stores will give you a full refund if you return it within so many days. If it does work, then you know that you would have had to purchase a new modem anyway.

I guess you have to reinstall the audio driver and install the modem driver. That will work :)
