If you are asking about what a pro makeup artist uses it depends on what products they prefer. If you are going out looking for makeup any will do. Make sure you match your foundation to your skin. A loose powder over it will help absorb extra shine. Stay light on the blusher in a natural tone, if you want a bit of a tan look use a bronzer LIGHTLY. Keep the eyes natural with shadows that accentuate your eyes not conflict. Stay away from unnatural colors and don't try to match your shadow to your flowers or bridesmaids dresses! Clean, light and natural is best as your pictures will stay with you forever. Bridal makeup should never detract but enhance.

The products you need for bridal make up are
Primer (this is a clear cream that goes on freshly washed skin, before a liquid foundation is applied)
Liquid Foundation
Finishing Powder
Kohl Pencil
Eyeshadow
Mascara (You may want to even use false eyelashes for the big day, if done right it can look very effective)
Lip Liner
Lipstick
Blush
Maybe an eyebrow pencil also
These are the basics. If you dont have a lot of money you can buy all of these products in an inexpensive version.
If you have some money to spend, I like Laura Mercer or Estee Lauder or even Revlon if you can get it.

Usually the make up used is always harsh and garish looking, but photographs well. Forget heavy make up on that day, I like Bare Minerals by Bare Essentials. Pricey, but very well worth it for the best look possible. It looks natural and feels light and won't come off on your clothes either.

Well on my wedding i did makeup myself. first of all you have to get you facial done. Face bleach these things must be done one week before and the you wedding.You start with any face cream then foundation matching with your skin then little bit of powder, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, masc aer, lipstick. you can use any kind of makeup products.
