when emloyers do a back ground check what comes up in a persons back ground?

if something is "exsponged" would that appear, if you have been "redflagged" would that also appear?

Any thing in public record, arrests and convictions, credit problems, law suits etc.

If you have arrest expunged it will not appear an a red flag will.

anything that has been public record will be available...it may not be "current" but it is available....your best bet is to be upfront and honest now with your employer..they will respect you more......Hope this Helps! God Bless!
