Most likely, you are a phisher. Identity theft online especially at a public place like this is easy for police to catch. Your IP address is logged in to here, every time you come to Yahoo Answers. So you're doomed.

You need to check with the governmental agency in charge of "SSS" numbers; no one else will be able to tell you if you don't know. And be prepared to prove that you are who you say you are.
