I sent a music video (short one) via e-mail but the music is still playing. How do I stop it please, help!?

It's a St. Patrick's Day video and it's driving me mad
the music that is. I have put the volume to mute, but that doesn't solve the problem as it comes back when I take the mute off.

1. Since you have sent as an attachment go to the folder
where you have this video file.
Delete it.
2. Open your email program
/Outlook Express/Outlook
Open sent messages folder
Select the message with video
Delete.
