duno, it depends on how much you eat before 7.30
if you pig out on food just before 7.30 it isnt going to help much
the reason people say that is so that your body does a small "fast"
from 7.30 to the time you wake up with no food is 12 hours..

7000 calories weight loss is about 1 kilo weightloss

you automatically burn about 2400 calories a day
so if you just aye 1400 calories a day , with out even any excersize you will lose 1 kg a week

easy as that

6kgs weight loss = 1 dress size

please stop at what ur doing!!!!!!,u are only going to gane weight,let me explain,when u eat regularly[4times p/day] ur body will use the the energy of the food and store only a bit of vat away in the body,but as soon as u decide to starve ur self to "lose weight" ur body goes in shock and takes all the food u eat and stores it away as fat,i suggest u go to a gym,the gym instructor can design a program especially to suite ur body,AND REMEMBER,IF UR EMBARRASSED TO GO TO THE GYM,JUST REMEMBER 90% OF THE PEOPLE THERE WAS ONCE OVER WEIGHT
