when i connect my pc to a tv via VGA,?

i still can't get the picture up and i can't watch videos. WHat else do i need to do??

You probably need to dial down your resolution.

Try 640x480 and work your way up from there.

Is the TV set to use your VGA input?

you can't but you can buy a vga to svideo converter
