Wow, that sucks. Have you talked to her? I cheated on a guy once, I thought it was the only way I could get out of the relationship, he was over bearing and I just had lost interest in him. of course there are other things to consider, does she want out of the relationship on first glance the answer seems to be yes, but why did she do it? is it that she hates you? or that she needed someone else? Or is it that she was drunk/ intoxicated and just wasn't really thinking?
I'm sorry I have to ask were you married? I know that was part of the reason I felt trapped in my relationship, we had been together for years and he saw no reason to get married, It hurt. As far as getting over her goes knowing why she did it will help, atleast you don't have to wonder, and don't just assume you know, maybe there was something you were missing. Try talking civily with her. Then find a good friend or a mentor heck even your mom and talk to someone. tell them what you are feeling and what you thought the problem was and what is the problem, etc let it all out. Once that is over start dating again and find someone else before it seems to scary. It may take a few at bats this time, but atleast you will be up and swinging. You don't have to stop loving her you might never, you just have to leave the physical her in the past.

When you love someone you just love, whether s/he cheats or deceives. You can not stop loving one. This is not a tap that you can stop flowing of water whenever you want to. But, there's practical part of life too. If you are staying with her since Jr High, you must know by this time whether SHE loves you or not. If her acts are bothering you in practical life, you may look ways for separations. But, take my words, you will still love her.

Man!! get a grip of yourself. Start being a MAN!!! She is cheating and deceiving you.. what more do you want her to do before you decide to dump her??
If she cares or loves you, she will NOT do such things. There's no more care or love in her for you. Understand that and give her up.... However be a gentleman.. Don't do anything stupid or be aggressive...

The love ended a long time ago, you are confusing love with comformaty. Is your self esteem that low, that you feel cant find another person. 38 eight years and you have not grown up. Open your eyes and see things for what they are.

All I can say is, only you will know when you have had enough. I was in a similar situation and left a few times before making it final.
One day, you will look back and realize how much of your love you wasted on someone who did not deserve it.

I really don't know because cheating and deceiving me would kill all love I had for anyone. If trust is gone, everything is gone. Respect your self and get rid of her.

Talk to your spouse to find out what cause the deceit, and try to work on doing whatever it takes within reason to resolve the issue. Things can work out for the better if you both set your minds to it.

this i a difficult question. Tell her you dont want to be with her anymore for good and see how upset she gets. Maybe if you scare her into believe you will really leave then she will stop being bad to you.

What the hell is wrong with you ? Once a cheater will always be a cheater. A cheating heart has no sense of what is right and what is wrong.
