They are so different.
The doodlebops are always in the same surroundings, so they are predictable. The doodlebops use new songs and topics.
The wiggles sing a lot of old childrens tunes, look like any other joe, and encourage playing outside more than the dbops.
From my 13 month daughter's response, the doodlebops have her vote.

I think they are both strange but I would pick the wiggles over the doodlebops, only because they look human.
