I get more points by answering questions then getting best answer.

No qualifier attached so I'm assuming we are talking about here.
The answer would depend on you and your decision making skills. If you must think everything through to the nth degree then voting on answers would be best, 1 point for each vote. If you think quick and like shooting them off then answering questions is the best way to go, 2 points for every answer.
Answering this question alone cost me points, I could have voted on 5 questions bu now.
