Yes, it is aimed at that age group. Sometimes they even have bits of morals between the fluff to make you feel all warm and fuzzy.

It has some scenes with blood, but I think the one they broadcast in US, they get rid of those..i guess you could..just make sure he doesn't spend too much of his time watching comics only.
I knew this little boy, only 4 years old, who watched an animation like every~day... It was just some children's animation about a hero and villans...but he tried to copy the hero..he puched everyone, all the time and it was very painful but noone could say anything since he is a child. He doesn't know what he is doing..so you might want to watch out a little.

im not sure. i mean a lot of teenagers these days like shows with violence. Naruto is one of the favorites for teenagers. but i dont think naruto has violence in it. but one thing you should make sure is to keep him off from watching wrestling shows these days. kids grow up from watching wrestling and they end up growing to be violent. there was a study of that somewhere but i dont know where...
