Do you want them? If you're just getting them because "everyone has them", don't. If you want some because you actually want some, I would say definantly.
As for asking your mom, just tell her that you wanted some sweatpants from Victoria Secret. If that's too embarrasing, casually mention it when you're shopping. If that's still too embarrasing put it on a wishlist for your birthday or christmas.
By the way, my opinion is that the pink pants are adorable and really comfy. I'm actually wearing the cropped ones right now.

noo not if you dont like them you should be unique and where your own style you shouldnt change yourself just to make you seem lik u kno the fashion style. just where wat u want if u think the clothes r cute buy them if you think there not dont buy them to ask ur mom just say u want pants from victoria secrets

my advise to you would be, be yourself dont EVER do something just because someone else is doing it. and dont ever let anyone talk you into something you dont want to do. if you want, find some type of clothing that suits you and start your own trend. dont be a follower, be a leader.

if its the brand..i really don't get what's so great about them.....
