Probably "It's Alright" by the Bristish band East 17. they were from the 90s and the song went "alright, alright, everything is going to be alright" for the chorus.
this would def be heard in dance clubs these days so i'm pretty sure this is the song you're looking for. It was pretty big in the UK and in Australia back in the day.
