Not in the United States.

Lawrence v. Texas was the US Supreme Court a few years back that rules that private sexual acts between consenting adults cannot be outlawed.

Some states still have laws on their books, but those laws are unenforceable.

The states which have yet to repeal sodomy laws are: Alabama, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Virginia. The constitutionality of sodomy laws came into question in a case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Argued before the Court on March 26, 2003, Lawrence v. Texas challenged Texas' sodomy law. The case made its way to the highest court in the country and decided on June 26, 2003, that the petitioners’ right to liberty under the Due Process Clause gives them the full right to engage in private conduct without government intervention.

Some states it is.

Gay marriage is built around that deviance though. Nobody is using spyglasses yet to find out if Bush is cozy with Cheney. George and Dick just keep going and going and going.
