I use webpro for my store. They do the name and everything I think I pay 99 a year. It is a great site. Try to use com if it is available. Most people are use to com.

Paypal charges. If you are new then use that. You can accept credit cards thru them.

Yahoo has some pretty good tools to help you get started. You can register and host your domain there for about $100 per year. Go Daddy (www.godaddy.com) has similar tools, and is a little more expensive.

Another good approach is EBAY. Less expensive than the other 2, but all your customers would have to go through EBAY to find you.
