I just needed some help with some bio. Mostly it's the third question that I need help on.

I'm pretty sure the answer is B here

I think the answer is D



Why do all cells need to receive their own supply of glucose?

B is true I think, but it doesn't answer the question.


Now C and D not sure which one...

With regards to the third question, C is correct, but D is incorrect because ATP is the usable form of energy for cells, NOT glucose.

yeah C is correct.
B is true but as you said does not answer the question.
It is probably included simply because it is hard to think of examples to set as plausible answers1
