No one reason can be processed as the main cause of the political and religious warfare the world is going through at the present moment.Although the reasons are many,when categorized they fall under the following names-
1.Political intetrest;this includes the political turmoiled situation and the lack of obvious good ruling.This doesnt need to be expanded.This fact is strenghthened by the unequal distribution of power.Until the breaking up of the USSR i would say that matters were really uncomplicated.
2.The geographical interest which goes for the capture of mineral sites and the regions of socio-economic interest.In the modern world minerals such as oil and coal can often lead to war as the world is beginning to understand that these things are not present in infinite amounts .Also the progress in Science requires the need to acquire land for socio-economic experiments.If a country haws access to a particular economic zone it produces infinite rewards.Trade is also of importance.
3.The religious undertone .As you can see a major drift of thousand of years of diverting religious opinion has resulted in the open hostilities between differnt religious groups.Most of the people in different communities often start fighting due to the obvious fact.That their God is the one to have created everything and that they are thus privileged to a greater site which they are not worthy of.Terrorism ,though having a different goal often fall under this category as I believe that most terrorist organizations are always aiming for the religious break up of people thus helping them to strengthify their own base.We all know of the muslim communities creating mass destruction in South-East Asia.This doesnt mean that we banish all muslims to a maintanence facility but it means that this group is obviously feeling insecure in a more larger community where they are minorities.We often see this problem in our country,India.Also the most found problem is the racial discrimination which drive these people to do these things.
4.Last but not the least,the world has reduced in its humanism since Rennaisance.Nowadays it is no eye opener that greed,selfishness,want to harm others is very common.To add both you and i even have commited small acts of random harm which may grow in a huge manner in the future.
