It depends on the situation and the person you are talking to. If the moment is deep discussion and with someone very close to you and they confide in you about things, then it is okay. But even then, no matter who it is, there's always a way it can be too much.

sounds to me like you talk about yourself alot that when you actually tell the truth knowone believes you
Knowone is perfect, try to pay more attention to people and the things they say, it will give you an understanding of what things interest them and what help they might need if they need you to be there for them

The question is a little wide.
Its not rude, but if you keep going on about it, others will get sick to death of you.
If, on the other hand, you have lived such a full life that you wish to pass on your experiences to others, go for it

It is if you do only that & keep on incessantly, regardless of the circumstance or situation being the right place or place to talk about it or not, ignoring other people's presence or the purpose of the meeting.

I don't think so UN less your talking out of line at that given time and not relevant to the topic everyone else in on. Out of the blue bring it up with no cause. (Meaning in good taste)

No not at all, if you are trying to teach somebody by your life experiences its all good. Many of my mentors and Idols talk about thier life experiences. It becomes wrong when you gloat about yourself to make yourself look better.

no. it would be considered rude if you ONLY talk about yourself. as for the past, i think it's rude if you keep talk about how great your exes were.
