I wonder what became of this girl on the famous BLIND FAITH album cover, and if she ever felt weird about posing for such a strange cover when she got older, if she was ever kidded about it, and what she thinks about it now?

Great album, great goup (Clapton, Winwood, Baker, Grech).
Looking at the deluxe edition of the album the only thing mentioned about the cover is that it featues a bare chested girl brandishing a toy airplane and the photo was desigend and shot by Bob Seidermann. The cover created lots of controversy in the US and England and a 2nd cover which consisted of a b&w photo of the band in the rehearsal room of Clapton's home. The toy airplane was desigend by Mick Milligan.
The name of the girl isn't listed in the booklet

Yes, I sure do. I remember opening Elton John's "Goodbye, Yellow Brick Road" (It was a double album, and the cover opened like a book), and just seeing how the artists who did the inside art created a flowing story out of song lyrics that really had nothing to do with each other. Rather, you saw that this was a slice (or several) of life, with different layers; or even a spiritual journey. The cover art for Alan Parsons Project's "Tales of Mystery and Imagination" was fantastic as well. When you have the art work alongside the music, it makes the whole experience more visceral, more real; something you so beautifully expressed here, 8 Track. Technology is great, but it comes with a price tag... one such tag being the gradual diminishing of the value of artistic people and things. Unfortunately, we are becoming what I term "roboticized". EDIT: *Nods energetically in agreement with FuriousB.*
