I planted my garden today.I have over 50 bites on my fingers,hand and arms.Will these annoying fire ants cause any harm to my garden?

Yes, they can. Get some Amdro and sprinkle around to get rid of them.

They may or may not eat your garden. But they will continue to bite you every time you work in the garden. Amdro works great for fire ants, and won't hurt the plants, or get absorbed into vegetables you are going to eat.

I don't know where you live (country) but here in Australia you must report any infestations of fire ants.

Yes, they can and maybe will. Kill them before they kill your garden!

ants are allergic to chalk, sprinkle some around your plants
