I heard this name Nitisha and I think it sounds wonderful but I cannot seem to find the meaning of it. Does anyone know what Nitisha means? All I know is that 'Niti' means principle so then what does 'sha' mean? Thank you all in advance!! I would really like to know what this names means please

It is one of the worshipping names of Goodess Kali and the worship of Sahasra Namarchana rooted from Sanskrit. And also name of ArdhaNareeswara in Dancing Form that we come across in Natya Sastra. However, it is interesting name for baby girls in this present world.

Nitisha = Nitisha + isha.
Niti means planning. Eg. Ranniti, Ranniti etc.
Isha means goddess.
Hence Nitisha = Goddess of planning, someone who is perfect in planning
