How long after you sign a lease contract do you have to change your mind reguarding this lease contract. In Arizona; what is the law?

In almost all states you have at least 72 hours!! I am not positive about AZ Sorry. Try google search for arizona tenant laws.

READ it and exercise care in deciding to sign.
Changing your mind in not a line item in the rental agreement or lease contract. Unless a written provision is agreed to by the lessor-Landlord and lesse-you.
