If someone puts an ad in their answer (cash crate and others like it,) do you just give them a thumbs down or are you supposed to report them. it is a violation right? Especially when it makes no sense with the question asked

I just posted this in Yahoo!Answers and it hasn't gotten anything, and the section is moving really slow, so if you can please let me know what you think.

Making an advert that has sound on it extremely is okay if it extremely is a one time deal or whilst i'm gazing television. mutually as on the laptop in spite of the shown fact that, i like to take heed to track mutually as I surf for the period of the Yahoo solutions internet site and listening to the advert each and every time i circulate to a distinctive question or press back is proving to be an extreme annoyance! The advert should not be begging for interest. My answer on your question - no longer something, the hollow paid for the advert area and Yahoo will shop it there till the offered time is up.
