All people have some control of the future so they can see the future. This is based on probability models we make. If traffic is busy during the week and light during the weekend it is not a stretch to put on the magic hat and predict traffic will be light this Sunday.
Some people who have good information see farther. That is why people trust Allan Greenspan when he says there it trouble ahead. Some people who have power are trusted also because they can make the future.

Technically, you could predict the future if you could identify the position and velocity of all the particles in the entire universe, but considering that it is scientifically impossible to know the position and velocity of a single particle at one time, the final answer is no. The closest we can get to accurate predictions are probabilities.

not me. you would be empress of the world if you could or anybody else. the people who seem to be able to do that is due to the nature of the capitalistic system. money attracts money. never play poker with a man who has far more money than you. you simply cannot win. doofus trump cannot see the future. he was born rich and he is not stupid and is well educated in business and economics. lot less risk for a rich man in a poker game than a sucker who walks in with his last nest egg. a miracle might happen, but it won't. better chance of winning the irish sweepstakes.

NO, but I sure wish that I could, but a lot of times I feel that I have been somewhere in the past, long before I was born,and I could tell you what was there and who lived there as well, real spooky.

yes.i can see my future.sometimes i can feel a wave kind of thing in my mind saying something like,u will do this or something will happen to your brother if he goes out.
and it really happens!
all of the things that come to my mind in that way become true.there are more than a 100 examples.
