I got my period on February 11 and it finished on February 16. For March I never got my period yet so should I go and take a test or is it to early and I should wait a bit longer?? Those pregnacy tests are so expensive and I don't want to keep buying them all the time. I need to know because I am anxious and wanna take it but then again I don't want to waste it because they are expensive to buy all the time. Can someone please give me some advice.

It really depends on how long your cycles are.
the first day of my last period was on feb 11th too-- I have a 31 day cycle (on average) and tested positive on 03/12. SO, if your cycle is less than 31 days, I'm relatively sure that you can test and have it be accurate. Since you're so late--(it sounds like)--there's a good chance you're pregnant.

You could test now, since you are 7 days late, but I would wait another week, since not everyone gets the right result this early.
Believe me, I know, I spent so much money on hpts, and only got a positive result after I was a month late.

hi u can already take one some work 5 days b4 your missed period im 30 weeks preg now and i took the one that tells you before the period even is due it worked! just check the box for the ept thats usually an early one and since its a week after ur period is due already it will be accurate. i mean the period is already late but i guess it will confirm it for u.

you are in the clear. you need to wait about a month after your last period. but, if you want to be on the safe side wait a few more days to a week. or buy a box with two in it, and take one now and one in another week. also remember it is best to take it in the morning or if you hadnt drank anything in the past 4 hours.

Keep track of you're cycles and it will save you a lot of stress. If you are a week or more late take it. If you keep track of your cycles you might find out you are regular then you might want to take it even if you're a couple days late.

If you already taken the test and its negative your not pregnant its all in your head you want it so bad its making you think you are when your not.If this dont answer your question maybe hearing it from your obgyn will help.

I think you'd be okay to take one now. And also... Some Dollar Stores sell pregnancy tests. They work! :) Good luck!
