If you think you might have gotten pregnant after an incident, how long should you wait to take a pregnancy test?

you should wait untill the first day of your missed period if you are takeing a home pregnancy test. if there is no line or a faint line wait a few days and do another one 2 make sure.
if you cant wait that long you can do 2 your doctor and get whats called a hcg blood serum test where they take a small tube of blood and test it in a lab for the mls of pregnncy hormones. this can be done 8 days after overlation when the egg had implanted in the uterus. im becoming a expert lol as i tryed 2 get pregnant with baby number 3 after looseing my lil girl in august at 20 weeks. i read every page on conception that was possible.
