Using Citric Acid is like using CLR on rust stains but since your dealing with a delicate product there a couple of places that you will find Citric Acid, any drug store (is used a diatary supplement) or at your local grocery store in the condiments aisle.

Find a method of sterilizing that works for you.. it's the safest thing to do :)
That being said, I loved my Avent sterilizer, and you can find Citric Acid at...

you could probably purchase it at either a local grocery store or most likely at a whole foods store

i never used one of them...and you really do not need to sterilize bottles, nipples, or pacifiers as long as you wash them with hot soapy water. if you sterilize the nipples you can damage them to the point that they can actually harm your child.
