Probably drinking booze and smoking cigars. Maybe some "Fancy Feast" based dips and chips. Might have a mouse hunt before they all crash out and sleep for 18 hours.

You might want to think about that, you might end up with kitty pee all over the house, some cats will not use another cats litter box

lots of racing all over the house, and then various-colored fur lumps on all the furniture, as they all pass out from catnip and wake up, major hungry, at 4 in the morning. Plan to provide LOTS of kibble and water for the munchies.
