I haven't been working at Oak Grove like I was before Christmas 2006. I found out that I have Aspergers Syndrome and well, now not one of the big big bosses want me to come in. It is like I am an ugly person and they won't let go of what happened in Jan of 2007.

I shouldn't have told them that I have it. If I sue the non-for-profit company I may lose, but here is my thinking. They get about 5K a day for each kid from the state.

There are about 130- 150 kids there. So, that is about 500,000 a month may be 600,000 a month. If I sue for
$ 200,000-I would have to pay 40% to an attorney and 35% to taxes. What is left? $ 150,000-200,000 = $ 50,000. Does this sound like I am taking this too far? 50K is not much, however, I can live on 1K a month.

I am tired of Oak Grove using discrimination on adults-when they treat children! Children do grow up to be adults.

Okay Harley Girl. I am so sorry for making a mistake. Oak Grove gets 5K a MONTH per child, not per DAY. You sure do like to pass judgment don't you? How in the world can you say "Grow up" to me when you don't even know me. Do you know what Aspergers Syndrome is? Oak Grove treats teenagers with AS, OCD, ADD/ADHD. Tourettes Syndrome, ODD, Depression, Anxiety, SAD and other problems like drugs etc. If they treat them, you would think that they would allow me to work more than 2 days in a month. You need to move on with your life.

what are you hoping to accomplish? If it's punitive, then you are being way too nice. It's not your fault they're non-profit, that's why they have insurance... and on the other side of the coin, if you DO lose, you might end up having to pay THEIR legal fees and court costs?

5K a DAY? I find that difficult to believe. That would be $150,000 per month per child, multiplied by 150 kids would be over $22 million dollars a month.

You need to do some more homework, apparently. Or grow up and move ON with your life.

No, there is no bottom limit.

Though, very small amounts are usually limited to small claims courts. And even general trial courts sometimes impose procedural restrictions if the amount is under some threshold (usually $5K to $15).

In federal court, based on diversity jurisdiction, there is a $75K lower limit.

the two are at the same time unique except you're into something i might somewhat no longer be attentive to approximately!! Assuming you're merely busting chops on Y!solutions, you're gonna get MY opinion on the excellent mess--- at first, particularly a lot of alcohol ought to in elementary terms be ate up with the help of those sufficiently old to be legal and clever adequate to try this at domicile. That suggested, the alcohol in question must be observed with the help of a few rather fantastic rooster wings and optimistically some venison performed on the grill. And a notice of warning--be careful who you invite and don't enable them tochronic domicile!! 2nd, I HATE gloves of any variety. I desire to bathe up afterwards.....yet this is merely me!! Sue them for as much as you can as vigorously as you can.
Take the lint from their pockets and the gum from their mouths...take their last stolen penny. Have no mercy whatsoever...the lesson learned in the suit is that no injustice is overlooked. How dare they do that to you!

Shame on them...

Sadly, American society understands money is the value of any incident. Make yours count, or you are invisible.
