usually 16 is the legal age in some states. but in your case it would be Statchatory Rape. Thats what they would charge him with if your parents turned him in.

It can be a problem. Your barely a teen and he's lagaly an adult. Now, he can be arrested if he abuses you. Or if your family wants him away from you. Take care. Peace!

it is legal to date you but it is not legal to have sex with you unless your state says that you are old enough for "consent"
