Is there like a short cut to having a late registration of a birth certificate at the NSO?

Also found out there's this loooong list of requirements that I need to get in order to have a late registration.

I recommend for you to do it in a Municipality. Somewhere remote.

Yes.....you have to be born again.....literally.
