No, I don't like being tickled on my feet or anywhere else, I find it annoying and not in the least funny or pleasant or cool. Fortunately my feet aren't ticklish anymore since I go barefoot but just because for some reason tickling causes people to laugh doesn't make it funny.
It probably would be possible to tickle people until they pass out but I'm not sure if it'd be from the laughing or more general exhaustion.

I have tended to be more often on the receiving end of such a gesture than the performing end. But happily, that's the way I like it. It's been a while since my bare feet have been tickled by strangers, though it used to happen fairly often at one library I used to frequent, though I can usually count on getting tickled at parties, especially if I'm the only one or almost the only one barefoot. I don't think I'm really the type just to tickle a stranger's feet spontaneously myself, though I will admit that the sight of a pair of bare feet attached to a person who looks like someone I might enjoy tickling can get my fingers twitching a bit. As to why people like tickling bare feet, there are a variety of reasons that spring to mind quickly. They are usually or at least often quite satisfactorily ticklish. They have a good deal of aesthetic appeal when tickled, and one can watch their highly entertaining reactions in comfort as a rule. Also, foot tickling is usually rather less invasive than certain other sorts of tickling can feel - quite a few people feel more comfortable with being tickled on their feet than elsewhere that might be closer to a centre or core of their being.

I absolutely love being tickled on my bare feet to the extreme. There is nothing that is more fun and exciting. I like to be pushed to my limits and have been tickled to unconsciousness several times. I laughed so hard while being tickled I couldn't get enough oxygen and passed out for a minute or so. Talk about a rush! I admit, this degree of tickle torture is certainly not for most people, but for me nothing is more intense.

I go Barefoot 24/7 outdoors as well as indoors, so like Sheriam, my Bare Feet are too Calloused and Dirty at the bottoms for me to feel the tickling.

I love being tickled on my bare feet but I am more into playful tickling and playful tickle torture. This would not cause me or my partner to fall into unconsciousness.

No one can really tickle my bare feet anymore. Not even directly on the arches. Walking on hot asphalt for many summers, sometimes even hot enough to burn smaller healable blisters on the soles, has basically burned away any ticklishness of the soles. I have low arches that almost flatten in the middle of every step, so the entire foot gets toughened from the heat.

Like it? Maybe on an off day. It would probably be more appropriate to say love it, adore it, crave it, live for it, or something like that. It certainly is not to the general taste, and that in general is pobably more of a good thing than otherwise. As for laughing oneself into uncosnciousness, I've occasionally laughed myself into a very weird state of consciousness, but not, though it's definitely possible one could do so, to the oint of losing consciousness altogether.

My feet aren't ticklish. And I don't think you can tickle someone until they are unconscious. They would pee on you first.
