I'm probably opening up a can of worms by saying this, but I have seen and heard of too many cases where the perpetrator was wrongfully accused.
Think about it... If you're a troubled teen that wants to get rid of your dad or mom for good, why not claim he or she molested you?
How about if you're a mother that really wants to get back at her boyfriend for something? Tell the cops he molested your kids, and his life is ruined, whether he is convicted or not.
And don't forget the division of family services, or CPS, DCFS, or whatever guise they use in your neighborhood. The more "troubled" children they snatch away from their "abusive" homes, the more money they make. They don't care who's lives they ruin to make that money, either. You don't stand a chance if they want to accuse you of something, because they will lie their way into your conviction, and half the time they're working hand-in-hand with the court.
I hate to say this, but these things really happen. That is why I'm against life sentences for first time offenders. Not because I don't think people that are actually guilty don't deserve it (they do,) but because there are too many people that are wrongfully accused.
I think too many people are quick to anger when it comes to the subject of child molestation, and they don't think the charges through. They judge guilty at the onset and never look back. Do I think that child molestation is a dispicable act. Yes, I do. Do I think most people who are accused of it are guilty? No, I don't.

These type of people should be put together and left their. You are very correct. The predators do not get into straight living. Belive it I do know. And many are stile out there untouched by their actions. And would strike at the first chance they got. Small children to the death of the elders. Yet they walk amoung us like normal people. And do not even say or thank it is a crime. And our state systems over look it as if it is the fault of the one that caught these people in clear action. Believe it I caught one as well. And it was tossed at me, like I was to blame.

Personally, I think the death penalty is in order. They are predators, and they will always be what they are. Why should tax payers support them and the public be victimized by them? Put them in the electric chair and be done with them, the world will be a better place.

Yes. They should be removed from society. I am thinking solitary confinement in a very small cell that is too narrow to comfortably lie down in and too short to comfortably stand up in. No TV, no gym, no treats, no sunshine, no blue fluffy clouds.

CASTRATION
The death penalty would be too easy on them for ruining our lives they way they do....but only in cases where you are 100% sure of guilt-------then----no mercy.

I think the castration thing should be seriously enacted. And then they are put to service work for the rest of their lives.
