what happened to professor higgins and to eliza, i know prof higgins missed eliza.. did they fell inlove? =p

In the movie yes. In the Book, No. In the movie she comes back to him. In the book she leaves him.

Yes, they end up as a couple. Presumably they were not destined to live happily ever after, though, because of their differences.
