I am filled with hate at someone at the moment and want them to suffer the consequences for their rest of their life. Don't worry its not to do with a relationship.

Because I am a law abiding citizen and would never think of doing something like knee capping them lol lol, I need a legal alternative that will give them nightmares for the rest of their lives.

I thought of paying a nice looking woman who had aids to start a relationship with the person in question, then spitting on their grave on their funeral. This is legal right?

If they are aware that you're angry with them and you that may seek vengeance, the best way to punish them is ignoring them and moving on. Remember, you don't want to do anything you may regret years down the line. Besides, I truly believe in the saying, "What goes around, comes around" and it's just a recurring cycle.

Try channeling your anger into forgivness energy. By 'hating' you are just creating negative energy. I often feel a surge of hate but i have to remember to let it out. Imagine yourself as a balloon, exhale and deflate. Then think of how you can help someone's day instead of plot someone's despair.
