They keep taunting you over and over...would you add a little extra to the end of the match by leaving their clothes in shreds and having em run home in just their underwear??

I am wondering why you are asking this question.... ARE you an expert swordsman? Do people challenge (also known as being picked on) you on a regular basis?
If you tear the clothes, you risk injury and that would not be cool at all. May even prompt a lawsuit.
Some one once said: "Living well is the best revenge."
In your case, this means holding your head up high, have confidence in yourself that you did the best you could, and then walk away with a look of superiority on your face. Keep that chin up and DON'T listen to the taunts. People who do that are idiots. You want to rise above behavior like that!
To act out, as in shredding the clothes, is only lowering yourself to an idiot level. You are special and unique! Be proud of who you are. The idiots will eventually fall by the way side. Trust me.
