They have fake lashes that come in groups of 3 hairs. That way, they look more natural and you can use as few or as many as you like.
Though the pre-glued type sound like a good idea, the will only fall off. The lashes and glue are only about $2.00 each.

False eyelashes are available in 'singles' and if applied properly can look very natural. You can get them at any drugstore or beauty supply and they're very affordable--just be sure to get a good quality eyelash adhesive (glue).
Once you've found the ones you want to try, follow these steps to apply them:
1. Take the eyelashes out of the packaging carefully. Some false eyelashes can be very delicate.
2. Pour a small amount of glue/adhesive onto a sheet of aluminum foil. The key to good-looking lashes is decent glue/adhesive, so make sure you spend your money on the glue. Cheap glue is a waste of time.
3. Pick up the lashes with tweezers and dip the base of the lashes into the glue.
4. Blow gently on the glue to make it tacky. The lashes will stick to your eyelid better.
5. Hover the false eyelashes over the eye and slowly place the them in the outer corner first, making sure they are the right size for your eyes. Hold them in place for a couple of seconds (or until the glue is quite dry), then continue attaching the eyelashes towards the inner corner in the same way.
6. Remove the eyelashes before removing the rest of your make-up. Don't tug roughly on them, as you could remove some real lashes as well! If they do not respond to gentle pulling, wet a washcloth with warm water and hold it over the lashes to loosen the glue. Store the lashes in their original packaging, so they do not lose their shape and you can reuse them.

Your eye lashes will grow out again in about 4-6 months. In the mean time, I'd use liquid eye liner to create the illusion of eyelashes if you don't want to deal with fake eyelashes.

Oh you poor girl! Fake eyelashes are easy once you get the hang of it! Just don't get cheap ones. All you do is you trim the eyelashes to fit your lids, and you add some glue to the lashes, and very gently and slowly apply it right along the lash line. Good luck!

The exact same thing happened to me too!
I hate to say it, but you'll just have to wait until they grow back. This shouldn't take too long - maybe three weeks. I mean, hair on the head grows at a rate of about 1 inch a month. Eye lashes are much shorter.
...and yes, I felt weird. The more I looked at that eye lash gap the more I noticed it. But no one mentioned anything to me. So I guess no one really noticed (or cared...).
If anything, it could be a great conversation starter.

K here is what you do if you got fake ones look everywhere on the fake lashes for something you can peel of. If you find on put it where the real eye lashes use to be. always lock the door when you do that. It happened to me.

Get some eyelash conditioner and don't curl your lashes for a while! AIt takes time to grow them back.

Try mascara. A light coat of mascara will still maintain your natural look without ripping your poor eyelashes off. You can try the Maybelline clear gel mascara.

i would put eye liner on the top lash line or put a brown or whatever color your eye lashes are kind of eye shadow on the top lash line.
i would not reccomend fake lashes because deepending on how you put them on, they can pull out more lashes. hope this helps.
