That's a locatin.

The "S" means "south". South as in the southern hemisphere. E=East for eastern place. These are coordinates for South of Vietnam, in the South China Sea.

The exact location is:

" The Monumen Nasional (or Tugu Monas, the National Monument tower) which is a tower in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. It is about 450 ft tall (about 137 m) and symbolizes Indonesia's fight for Independence."

Six degrees 10 minutes and 31.3 seconds south of the equator. 106 degrees 49 degrees 37.93 second east ot the prime meridian. That would be in the Jakarta.

6 Degrees , 10 Feet and 31.30 Inches South x 106 Degrees , 49 Feet and 37.93 Inches East
