Mouzia Gangal Ghuri Town near Islamabad?

It is a new development between Islamabad Airport and Islamabad City. Please provide the location and what kind of area it is. Is it a city with all the facilities?

No way it is more like very small village without much facilities.
It is about 15-30 minutes drive on Kashmir Highway from islamabad.
