What makes a man truly love a woman?

I know someone who's husband truly loves her, honors her, cherishes her, would never hurt and would die for her. What does she have? What makes a man fall so in love with a woman? I don't mean the man who is in love because the girl is so beautiful or whatever. I mean the kind of love where the guy would rather consult his wife , rather than his best friend because for him, her advice or opinion is the one that he trust!

The mindset and readiness to committ fully to a person that one wants to spend the rest of his life with. It's a great thing when it happens, and it takes a lot of experience with life to get to that point, but it is worth it. We all should be so lucky.

Well, I don't know that a man or a woman can love more than the other but I do know that biblically, the man is supposed to be the covering over the woman in a marriage. So this does include all of the protection from harm, the standing up for her, taking care of her, and providing romance, etc. And I would venture to say that if a man really truely loves a woman, he would really want to and attempt to do all of these things. Not all men where/are taught how to do these things by fathers or mothers, but if a man truly loves a woman, he would at the VERY least, try.

I think what makes a man truly love a woman could be a lot of things!!!!! One thing that stands out though is communication and trust. Both of those working together creates a strong bond that no one can break.
