how can we stop any chat in my server?

i want to stop every chatroom at the lab of my college?

They're college students. It's their choice what they want to do in class. If they want to spend the whole session chatting, it's still up to them to make sure their grades stay up.

I'd imagine it's be a bit hard to block only a single lab, because the best way is to have a packet sniffer and that would affect anyone connected to that hub. Or I could be wrong~
