She is my good friend of over four years and I wanna get something special. I'm really crap with gift giving. Any suggestions?

Instead of buying something, why don't you make something for her? I think its more personal that way. You could make her 18 birthday cupcakes, just the way she likes it. ^^

Get her a spur of the moment backpack trip with you on a grey hound to place you've never been before. Stay at hostels, eat cheap , take alot of pics be safe and enjoy!

Bake her a cake from scratch. It's the little things that they appreciate the most. Money doesn't matter. It's what comes from the heart that matters and you just can't put a price on that.

what i do is, ask all her other friends to give cash like for example 1 person chips in 5 bucks. dats wat me and my friends do if we cant think of any presents to give.den just make 1 nice b dae card and mayb like one of de answers, bake a cake.
