Hi – I sell on eBay. I profit about $3,500 a month. eBay has been my full time job for 4 years, and I have sold over 12,000 items.

My wife and I both have a home based business, that we do part time and make any where from $800 to $1500 a month just working part time from home. Our goal is for my wife to stay home with the children our two girls ages 3 and 16. Right now it's part time, but eventually it will be full time for the wife so she can do the business and stay home with the kids.

If your a woman you can do at home "phone sex". I know it sounds crude but you can make a LOT of $ for just sitting on your butt. I know someone close to me making about $1000-$1,500 a week. You can also sign up with www.smcorp.com where you can buy stuff at wholesale prices and list them on ebay. The neat thing about that is that you can use their website and copy the picture and post it on ebay for an auction. Now if they buy it you can then go to the SMC site and order that product and they will ship it directly to your buyer with your name like it came from you not them. best of luck to you.

READ as fast as you can about
private money lending in real estate;
it is called hard money and NOTE Brokering. SOME scam artists charge
to teach it. THERE is nothing to teach.
IN note brokering; you find anywhere; people with RE notes to buy and people wanting to buy RE notes.
NO schooling is required, no books,
no seminars, no fees.
AND You NEVER PUT ANY CASH.
THe only GOOD book on the topic i have found is "THE Stephanchik Method".
DO not pay one penny for advice on brokering notes.
NOR buy any books on it; get them from the library.
YOU can find a buyer and seller in 1 week!
YOU MUST have a contract with each party to assure you earn money!!

Yeah, but I think I got ripped off. Just make sure to really investigate the company and know that there are so many bad people out there that makes it bad for all of the really good ones. I wish I could give you good news but, really, be careful and investigate well.
