The smallest is 2; the largest is 3 + 5x2 = 13. The total of the two numbers (2+13) is 15, very close to 15.5, half of 31.

You are 30. "Thirty" is half of "thirty-one". Three is 3 more than five times zero. This is the best I can do so far.
