I work for Mcdonald's Canada. I'm just wandering how many out here are the same. What position do you work as, and are you happy with your job? I'm a kitchen crew myself, so i'm good at making burgers BIG MACs..

One more thing, what benefits do you get as an employee of Mcdonald's? We get 50% discounts for all employee meals, which is not that bad. How about you?

I would love to have somebody share their experiences with Mcdonald's with me, good or bad. Thanks..

My husband is a regional manager for the corporate office. We tend to get free food from the franchise owners, not that we ask, they just won't let us pay. I like being able to buy a case of coffee for home though.... that's nice. Overall my impression has been very positive. I think the franchise owners really are living the American dream (and hopefully Canadian dream as well). And many people get a good customer service start in life with McDonalds.

i would rather claw my eyes out that be at a fast food joint. American's are different that you people up there in America's hat. Were have rude, ghetto, and going no where in life who usually work at our fast food joints. Are the people who work in fast food joint's in America's hat nice or rude? We know you Canadians are nice people. best of luck to you.
