how do you get cursor mania spyware off your computer??

my friend downloaded cursormania and has a bunch of spyware on her comp, i told her what i know and it kwept coming back, what should she do/use to get it to go away?

i think she used adaware and safemode and it didnt work so is there any better spyware removers?
