The problem is weird. The car vibrates when I am idle. Meaning when I am at a red light or stop sign. Sometimes when i am in idle, it doesn't vibrate. But at those times if I decide to turn on the A.C. it may start to do so. If I start the car and decide to put the power windows down while the car is at rest it will vibrate also. Sometimes when I am at a red light, if I put the car in neurtral the vibrating will stop but sometimes it keeps going. When the car is in park and I decide to give a tiny bit of gas to the car the vibrating may also stop. What do you suppose that the problem may be. I haven't been able to turn on my A.C. for a while because of the vibrating gets worse.

you either have an out of line pully(look at belt while running for any wobble) , a bad harmonic damper( sometimes can see ruber damper sticking out or outer plate sliding off on older cars), or engine/transmition mounts that are bad You hear a clunk when going from reverse to drive or drive to reverse if they are real bad or broke.
You may also just need a tune up, timing out of place, carb or fuel injectors not working propperly, filters clogged, bad need of oil change. Could be a lot of things.

nothing to worry about the engine type is know a a 4 banger
at idle the engine pistons don't carry enough momentum to cancel out the vibrations so it vibrates.
And it vibrate even more when you strain it with the a/c or any other power consumption.
As long as it is not vibrating while you are going down the road, its fine. You can even change the idle to go a little faster and it will tone the vibration down. Find where the gas pedal cable connects to the throttle body, usually the top of the engine and there will be a little screw, the screw keeps the throttle open to idle the car, when you tighten the screw the engine will go faster loosen it and it will go slower. Tighten it to lesson the vibration, it might just be set to low.
Find a new mechanic, he screwed you.

it must be a foul tire or rim, yet why anticipate that first? i might take the motor vehicle in and get the tires balanced. this could be the 1st ingredient i might continually verify if the motor vehicle is vibrating. even have the tires checked for unusual placed on that would point out some thing like a separated tread or worn and/ or broken aspects.
